Job Description

- Experience in supervising operations &Maintenance in large Manufacturing plants, Residential developments/ townships, colony of:

Sewage treatment plants
Water treatment plants

- Should have worked on Managing statutory licences /permits for TNPCB,TNEB

- Experience of TQM/TPM and IMS systems for documentation /practicing etc

- Large utility management experience

- Being responsible for all works related to air conditioning system, mechanical ventilation etc.preferably from a large scale manufacturing organization.

- Being responsible for entire plumbing system for a project including automation works, STP, Fire fighting system, pumping system

- Executing & Coordinating MEP works at site with respective building engineers & ensuring processes

- Certifying Bills related to MEP works

- Co-ordinating with Liaisoning for Infrastructure Electrification Statutory and Liaisoning work
