Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Being in-charge at the site and managing walk-ins and allocating clients to Sales executives

- Managing leads from the different sourcing teams and allocating the same to team members

- Managing a team of 3-4 executives and tracking their productivity based on different parameters

- Identifying the training needs of his/her team and helping them develop their skill-sets

- Ensuring that the product presentations are being done as per the process

- Ensuring that the walk-ins are getting captured in SFDC and the same is being updated

- Supporting the sales executives to get the bookings closed

- Ensuring that the bookings are getting processed in the system operationally

- Ensuring that the process is being followed rigorously and the booking formalities are being handed over to CRM

- Handling customer grievances and escalation cases

- Ensuring that the payments are getting done on time

- Industry/market knowledge (e.g. Competition analysis)
