Manager IT (SAP)

Job Purpose: Responsible for leading SAP for the Real Estate sector

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Functional & Technical Lead on all SAP developments

2. Project Manager for SAP S4 HANA upgrade for the real estate sector

3. Responsible for ensuring all SAP initiatives (Customizations, Developments, RPA, etc) are

delivered as per scope, quality, time & budget requirements.

4. Ensuring all SAP integrations with various applications are done within time while ensuring

100% accuracy of data

5. Ensuring development and operation of Tableau & QlikView dashboards for Finance,

Accounts & Tax functions as per agreed timelines

6. Central custodian of Budgets and BWR nos for all functions/entities across the real estate

sector and ensuring 100% control and accountability for changes

7. Central responsibility for control over DOA matrix and ensuring PR/PO approvals are done

basis the same

8. Granting SAP rights and authorizations basis DOA-led approvals

9. Automation of various SAP reports & analytics basis business requirements

Individual Accountability

• SAP automation, developments and

configuration is done as per mutually agreed

timelines

• Sanctity of budgets and approval-based

control over changes

• Ensuring accurate authorizations given to all

SAP users across the sector based on DOAled

approvals

• Roll-out to users + Consistent usage across all

end-users + Scope definition + Testing

Support

• Accuracy of data

Functional Competencies:

• Expertise in SAP MM/SD/FICO, REFX, ABAP, C4C Hybris & SAP BCM

• Proficiency in Tableau & QlikView platforms

• Proficiency in Middleware administration and configuration

• Flare for technology & Project Management
