Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Lead Procurement of all Construction Materials & Specialized Packages for PAN India Projects as per requirement and within budget.
  • Administration of Contracts / Purchase Agreements
  • Supply Chain Development & Vendor Management
  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Process Compliance

Principal Accountabilities:

Devise Strategy and Best Practices


  • Formulation of Strategy for Specialized Packages & Material Purchase for Projects PAN India to meet Business Objectives
  • Best practices for sourcing

Sourcing

  • Construction Materials for Civil, Finishing Works, MEP Works and External Development / Infra Works
  • Specialized Packages viz.. MEP Equipment, Windows, Doors, Elevators, Aluminium Formwork, RMC, etc.,

Lead Procurement Process

  • Formulation of Contract Documents / POs Terms & Conditions
  • Request for Proposals (RFP)
  • Bid Evaluation
  • Negotiations
  • Management Approval
  • Issuance of Orders / Award

Rate Contracts and Long Term Tie Ups

  • Forge Rate Contracts / MOUs / Long Term Tie Ups / Discount Structures for Materials and equipment

Market Search

  • Alternate Products / substitution for Cost optimization
  • Market trends and price forecast

Vendor Management

  • Develop Efficient Supply Chain
  • Prequalification of vendors

Administration of Contract Agreements / POs
