Assistant Manager HR (Recruiter)
- Participate in the recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening potential candidates through telephonic/ virtual preliminary assessments
- Hands on experience of sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, social media platform essential
- Coordination for interview schedule with the stakeholders and candidates
- Create, build and maintain networks of potential talent pipeline to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Participate in post selection offer roll out and post joining onboarding process
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System will be an added advantage
- Experience of Real estate sector is desirable
