Job Description

Job Purpose: To manage & improve the efficiency of administrative operations by monitoring site operations, ensuring all support service deliverables are well within timelines and optimization of available resources.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Monitoring Site Admin Budget in accordance with business needs.2. Maintaining complete site facilities & infrastructure set up which includes periodic & contingency repair & maintenance. 3. Monitor & Coordinate with service vendors in order to achieve operational efficiency/excellence.4. Closely Monitor Annual contracts/Agreements of all service vendors by sharing monthly feedback/reviews.5. Supporting employee wellbeing projects/events with the central admin team. 6. Ensuring effective security operation, compliance, and training at sites.7. Administrating travel & accommodation for the site location.8. Implementation of all admin processes on-site to enhance service quality 9. Prepare/Support for site-specific Internal and External Audit requirements. 10. Coordinating & working closely with the on-site projects & sales team in order to enhance the customer experience as well as administrative robustness.11. Leading admin day-to-day operation on-site. 12. Maintaining office/site hygiene/Pantry services at all offices 13. Training & development of the support staff for better performance 14. Support corporate events, business meet & launches with the central admin team.15. Team building & motivation 16. Active coordination with the Admin SPOC across all locations, implementation, and support as & when needed.

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
  • Familiarity with budget planning
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
