Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Accountable for three profit centers of Industrial Business viz., Mahindra Industrial Park Private Limited (Ahmedabad) ; Knowledge Township Ltd. (Bohr) and Industrial Township Maharashtra Ltd. (Roha, Raigad). Responsible to manage AP/ AR and assist in Financial accounting & MIS work.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Projects, Marketing & Employee related expenses as well as payments including-Checking of Inter Office Note and other related documents for new contract awards, support in tender opening and tax related commercial discussion; account statement for all contractor with every payment ; Vendor payments and Employee reimbursements.
2. Managing bank transactions, including funding the Cash Credit limit account interest and Corporate action for securities.
3. Daily Bank reconciliations; Cash flow Qlik view reporting. (Oracle based software)
4. Vendor master data maintenance; MSME transactions tracking and reporting.
5. Processing, verifying, and posting collections from clients.
6. Balance confirmation from clients and vendors on quarterly basis.
7. Statutory compliances and payments. (TDS, GST, Any property tax, local tax etc.)
8. Preparation of business projections.
9. Preparation of workings for valuation of Optional Convertible Redeemable Debentures (OCRDs) and coordination for report from valuer.
10. Preparation of financials for all the entities and schedules for financial statements, Preparation of Board presentations and supporting automation & simplifying initiatives in Industrial business along with Implementation of SAP at Bohr site.

Functional Competencies:
•Experience in FP & A, Account receivables, project accounting, cost control, financial closures.
.Good knowledge on SAP FICO ERP, Tally and MS-Office (Excel, Power-point, Word & Outlook)
.Knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, Taxation & Finance .
