1. All Secretarial compliances Mahindra Lifespaces a Listed Company
a) Board, Committee and General meetings
b) Fund raising documentation for NCDs/ CPs/ Bank loans / ICDs etc. and creation, modification, satisfaction of charges, documentation with lenders etc.
c) Group level Compliances
d) Annual Budget
e) Digitization and maintenance of physical records of Secretarial function for aforesaid Cos.
f) All activities w.r.t. Annual Reports
g) Secretarial Audit and report
h) Statutory Registers
2. Quarterly / half yearly / annual compliances with Stock Exchange under SEBI LODR Reg. and other SEBI regulations
3. Compliance w.r.t. Website / Sparkle (intranet)
4. Postal Ballot / E-voting
5. Over view of Dividend related all activities including revalidation, update of unpaid dividend file, Interim / final dividend, updating website, filing of necessary forms and co-ordination with R&T agent.
6. Handling shareholder complaint/ queries / refund
7. Assisting and overview of work of all other sub / JV / Associate co.
8. Growth capital through residential platform and related definitive documentation such as SHA, SSA etc. with the investors
9. Merger of non-operative companies
10. Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.
