Job Description

- To implement centralized Sales strategies for the company.
- To identify and develop sales channels for revenue generation
- Ensure the sales targets defined for the projects are achieved.
- To regularly update on sales details for the project.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of real estate.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
- Confer or consult with Business Head to plan advertising services and to secure information on product and customer specifications.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures..
- To keep track of competitors pricing and promotion strategy in the market. .
- Manage planning, implementing, maintaining and coordinating the company sales and marketing efforts.

Salary: INR 14,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.
