Job Description

- TDD support to all new deal evaluation and preparation of product hypothesis for new projects
o Sales Velocity
o Sales price and CAGR
o Product
o Competition and Market context
o Value propositions

- Strategic tie ups (sports/culture/concierge etc) to ensure product and offering enhancements from time to time
o Brand tie ups
o Tie ups with banks
o Other strategic tie ups

- Create and execute scientific approach of determining launch price and steady state prices of all projects from time to time

- Monitoring and tracking launch preparedness and executing launch plan in coordination with all the teams (Central and Regional)
o Inventory Management
o Sales Kit preparation
o Ensuring Management Sign off on all the plans related to execution of launch

- Developing project specific value propositions from time to time to cater to customer demand and project valuation estimates
- Developing product segments and standardisation basis the segments
- Mapping Mahindra lifespaces performance against competition and tracking best practices to generate insights
- Working closely with central and regional sales team to understand their requirements and key challenges faced from time to time and developing plan to address the same
- Working closely with marketing team and give inputs on communication plan for the projects basis all the channels requirements

Salary: INR 13,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
