Handling customer queries related to maintenance of sites through e-mail, telephone etc.
Record details of enquiries, comments and Complaints.
Record details of action taken against each complaint/ queries.
Regular followup for payments.
Maintain customer database.
Communicate and Coordinate within internal departments.
Responsible for attending and recording client complaints.
Drive post sales activity
Liaise with sales team for status updation of the project
MIS reporting to management
Maintenance of the client database.
On time monitoring of complaints and ensure proper follow up on corrective action and successful closure to maximise customer satisfaction.
Prompt management of the possession/ agreement documentation.
Ensuring On-time receiving of proper and accurate booking amount.
Ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Handling post sales activities like Registration, Documentation and MIS
Interact regularly with all clients- past and present and be aware of all problems faced by them.
Ensure that all problems arising in defect liability period are attended by the maintenance team by regularly following up on this with the concerned authority.
Keep in touch with all customers and send appropriate greetings both individually and in groups.
Hold events in our projects for customers to improve group interactions with us and also to be fully aware of the happenings in the projects.
Get involved in planning and execution of handing over process so as to make it a memorable event for the client.
