2. Looking after office maintenance for providing drinking water & electricity problem for continuous supply to office
3. Supervising and controlling housekeeping activities; involved in supervision and control of security services provided by the agency.
4. Providing refreshments to staff. Providing breakfast, lunch to visiting staff.
5. Taking care of all recruitment formalities for new joiners such as filling of required forms & opening of bank accounts for salary purpose, ID card, Mail id etc.
6. Acting as one- point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping and attendance, canteen management, guest house management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of companys assets, Telephone lines, mobile phones, Petty Cash Maintenance for Office Use, logistics and courier services, procurement, storage and issue of stationery.
7. Collecting & verifying all the bills for timely payment water, Electricity, Telephones, Internet, Stationery etc.
8. Maintaining of Courier (both inward & Outward) & stationery registers.
9. Walk-in client handling meet & greet, arranging for refreshments
10. Getting KYC filled, updating database
11. Assist Sales team with client data updating status and follow up
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
