- Collecting the booking form and the requisites from the sales person with the cheque of booking amount and scrutinizing all the documents.
- Sending a welcome call and a welcome letter to the customer.
- Handling the customer queries via email, phone calls and face-to-face.
- Tracking and follow up for collections.
- Coordinating for site visits.
- Updating the existing customers on the on-going projects on regular basis.
- Responsible for all documentation, support and feedback information post sales from booking till the possession of property.
- Coordination for the registration of the flat.
- Inter- departmental coordination with legal, projects, and accounts etc. on various matters.
- Preparation of MIS.
- Coordination for the customization of the flat between projects & customers (as per the policy).
- Snagging and De- snagging of the apartments before handing over the flat to the customer.
- Arranging activities, events for the existing customers.
- Handing over the flats to the customer.
